How do I reserve a party?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it You may also visit the homepage and check the calendar for available dates. To secure your princess special day, booking parties should be book 4-6 weeks in advance. A deposit will be required; to lock in a party date and time that has been selected. The deposit is non-refundable and must be received within 7 days of booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your princess party, before the party began.   All parties are reserved with a minimum of 8 party guests (unless otherwise stated in the Party Agreement). If less than 8 guests attend, you will still be charged for the minimum. There is a $20.00 additional charge for each guest over the minimum. A group of 12 children is the recommended maximum, excluding spa parties. 

How much do you charge for a party? 

The Diva and Princess parties are $325.00  for up to 8 girls and $20 per girl after 8, maximum of 12 girls. The Sparkle Spa Delight are $345.00 for up to 6 girls and $20 per girl after 6, maximum of 10 girls. This investment includes props, set-up and break-down, entertainment, food, activities, favors, fun and specialized service. Imagine what your time and investment would cost. Instead you can have a relax stress-free birthday that will be a memorable one for your princess or diva. 

What forms of payment do you accept? Payments are accepted in the form of CASH ONLY.  A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your party date. The deposit can be made by check, provided that there is at least a 2-week timeframe for the check to clear.  If, there is an insufficient fund, a $39.00 charge will be assessed for any checks that bounce.  NO CHECKS ACCEPTED unless authorized by The Etiquette Touch Charm School. Upon arrival, the day of the party, the remaining balance is due in CASH.

What comes with the parties? 

Invitations mailed to you guests, set up/clean up of the party area, tea party with tea table setting, linen table cover & cloth napkins, personalized place cards, party music and games, dress up, glamour session, craft activity, Party Director  

When do you need the final count and guest list?        
We will need your Final Count and guest list at least 5-7 days prior to your party date, so that we can hire the appropriate staffing and purchase needed supplies.              

What ages are parties for?
Parties are for children ranging from ages 3 –16 years old. The best ages for our princess, fairy and diva theme parties are for children ages 4-12. Spa parties can accommodate ages 6-16.


How long are the parties?
Parties are 2 hours in length, on Saturdays and Sundays. Please let me know if you would like an after school event or a Friday night event. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate you.  

What locations are the parties held?
The Etiquette Touch Institute, llc is a mobile business. We come to you! Whether the party is at your home or an event location.      

Is there a travel fee? Yes,  If you live within 20 miles  of West Palm Beach, you are not charged a travel fee. However, we will charge a $25.00 travel fee for those of you that go beyond the 20 mild radius. If you are more than 30 miles away, you will pay the $ 25.00 travel charge plus $1.00 for each additional mile that we must travel. We use map-quest to determine mileage. This fee will be calculated into your final payment bill.

What do I need to provide or do as the parent of the party princess?
Adequate space is needed to carry out your princess magical party. Please have a room/space available with a table and enough chairs to accommodate all of the girls, a craft table, an electrical outlet for music, space for the fashion show and a glamour photo session, depending on the party choice. Smoke-free environments, to prevent any second-hand smoke and preserve the party clothes merchandise. Starting on time is important to us, therefore, a parking spot directly in front of your home is needed, in order to unpack supplies from vehicle. Please, ensure it is a spot where we will not be blocked in. You are also responsible for attending to any guest who becomes ill or who exhibits disruptive behavior. We want to ensure that the birthday princess and her guests are having fun.  

Are adults welcomed?
At The Etiquette Touch Institute, LLC we ask that you limit your adult guests. Our parties are well structured and to many adults can limit our opportunity to create that special moment.

What happens if I have to cancel a party?
Once you have secured the party date with a deposit, parties may only be postponed, and re-schedule for a more suitable date and time. Rescheduling is based on availability. All deposits are non-refundable. This is because we have secured food, favors and other preparations.

What should the children wear or wear their hair on party day?
Being that the girls will be wearing princess dresses, glitter dresses and royal gowns, it is suggested that the girls wear a tank top with shorts/leggings, or leotard, sleeveless for the best fit under the costumes. The girls will not get undressed.   The Diva Parties and Spa Parties will get up-do's hairdos or funky hair extensions. The guest’s hair should be freshly washed (preferably the day of the party). The hair should be clean, wash, combed out and untangled, and up in a ponytail to create an up-do.

Will there be makeup?
Girls will receive a make-up session. Make up sessions vary, depending on the party theme. The parents of each girl should be notified by the birthday girl’s parent of the make-up session.  

What happens if guest arrive late?
In order for the party to run smoothly and start on time, it is imperative that all guest arrive at the scheduled time. Those arriving late will begin where the stage of the party is. Should additional guest arrive and it does not exceed the maximum amount of girls, payment must be paid for them prior to the start of your party. Photos / Videotaping
For promotional purposes, The Etiquette Touch Institute, llc may use pictures from our parties on the website, print ads or photo album. Children names are confidential and will never be printed with the photos. For security and privacy reasons, videotaping is not permitted by parents, while Makeovers are being done. 

Food
The Etiquette Touch Institute, llc will provide light party food. I asked that other types of food or beverage not be served while the children are in the dress-up costumes. This is to protect the clothing and prevent any soiling of clothes.

Responsibility or Liability
Although accidents do happen, The Etiquette Touch Institute, LLC assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages.  As your Party Hostess my goal is to provide you with professional services, with the intent of treating your home like a “Royal Palace”. In the event of damages or loss of inventory belonging to The Etiquette Touch, you will be charged for any and all replacement.   The Etiquette Touch Institute, LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and / or after the party. In the case of liability and / or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the customer.
